Job description

M.Ziemke Architecture is a boutique architecture and design studio - specializing in high-end private residential architecture and design, our work takes us from NYC to the Hamptons &Connecticut, sometimes other states and at times other countries. We are currently 8 people, located in Flatiron, where we work in person Monday thru Thursday [8:30-6]. We work primarily in CAD, aided by 3D modeling [Rhino & Sketchup] and visualization, all on MacOS.

We are looking for an ambitious intermediate architect with 6-10 years of experience in the high end residential world, with some built projects [city or country]. We are specifically seeking someone passionate about design, who understands high end and custom design, can produce both technical and design drawings, is genuinely curious, and understands the need to build a healthy rapport with our collaborators, clients, and team. This is creative position as much as it is a technical one, so we are hoping to find someone who likes to draw, generate ideas and really contribute to the design development of our work, from concept through completion, no matter the style.
