Carlos Zapata Studio is seeking an intermediate architect to join its team in New York. The award-winning design firm is looking for project architects to work in its Soho office.

Architectural license preferred; at least five to seven years of full-time experience, and experience with commercial, hospitality, and mixed‑use projects is required. Responsibilities include production and coordination of projects from concept design through construction documents.

Candidate must have strong visualization skills and be familiar with the following programs:

• AutoCAD (must)
• Adobe programs: Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere (must)
• Rhino 3D (must)
• Revit (preferable)
• Twinmotion (preferable)

Must have a strong knowledge of the International Building Code (IBC).
