Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required; Master's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in an Architecture Studio.
• Solid conceptual and design process skills and good problem-solving abilities.
• Reasonable knowledge of construction standards and codes; NYC project experience is a plus.
• Experience using REVIT is required; AutoCAD is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to present concepts to clients with strong drawing skills.

Mammoth is a NYC-based design-build studio that partners with local residential and commercial clients to reimagine, design, and build the spaces that shape their everyday lives. We're looking for an intermediate-level Project Designer or Architect to join our growing team.

The ideal candidate is thoughtful, detail-oriented, and brings strong design instincts, solid aesthetic judgment, and some construction knowledge. Just as important is range - the ability to zoom out and think strategically about priorities, then zoom back in on the small details that separate good work from great. That combination, big-picture judgment paired with sharp attention to detail, is what makes a strong designer here.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture required. Master's degree in Architecture preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in an Architecture Studio.
• Must have solid conceptual and design process skills and good problem-solving abilities.
• Reasonable knowledge of construction standards and codes, materials, and building systems. Experience with NYC projects a plus.
• Experience using REVIT is required.Experience using Autocad is desirable.
• Demonstrated ability to effectively create presentations and communicate concepts to clients and associates using excellent drawing skills and various software applications.
• Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing.
• Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment.
• Ability to complete tasks with accuracy and precision and with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to consistently meet deadlines, completing tasks as previously defined.
• Ability to work with integrity, trust, and commitment.
