Job summary

PARADE STAFFING in New York City is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer to join a leading design practice on luxury hospitality, restaurant, and cultural interiors from concept through design development. Ideal candidates will have 4–8 years of professional experience and be proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino, with strong communication and collaboration in a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

  • 4–8 years of professional architectural experience.
  • Experience on hospitality, restaurant, or cultural interiors.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to design and development of luxury hospitality, restaurant, and cultural interiors from concept to Design Development.
  • Prepare presentation drawings, design studies, and architectural documentation.
  • Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and 3D models that communicate design intent.
  • Collaborate with senior designers, architects, consultants, and project teams.
  • Assist in coordinating with consultants to ensure seamless documentation.

Intermediate Architectural Designers Needed!

A nationally recognized design practice is seeking an Intermediate Architectural Designer to join its award-winning team in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to some of the industry's most celebrated luxury hospitality, restaurant, and cultural projects, collaborating with a highly creative and multidisciplinary team from concept through Design Development.

This role is ideal for a designer who is passionate about thoughtful design, enjoys working in a collaborative studio environment, and thrives on bringing ambitious ideas to life through exceptional technical execution.

Responsibilities:
  • -Contribute to the design and development of luxury hospitality, restaurant, and cultural interior projects from concept through Design Development.
  • -Prepare presentation drawings, design studies, and architectural documentation.
  • -Develop plans, elevations, sections, details, and 3D models that clearly communicate design intent.
  • -Collaborate closely with senior designers, architects, consultants, and project teams throughout the design process.
  • -Participate in material research, space planning, and design coordination.
  • -Assist in producing high-quality drawing packages while maintaining exceptional design standards.
  • -Coordinate with consultants to ensure seamless project execution and documentation.
Qualifications
  • -4–8 years of professional architectural experience.
  • -Experience working on hospitality, restaurant, cultural, or high-end commercial interior projects.
  • -Strong design sensibility with the ability to translate conceptual ideas into buildable architectural solutions.
  • -Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and Rhino is required.
  • -Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, Enscape, V-Ray, Lumion, or similar visualization software is highly desirable.
  • -Excellent communication, organizational, and presentation skills.
  • -Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, design-focused studio.
