Job summary

Archinect is seeking an Experienced Architect/ Project Manager/ Designer to lead projects from schematic design through production and on-site completion. The role emphasizes hands-on detailing and coordination of high-end residential and commercial work in NYC.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years PM experience, strong communication, and familiarity with NYC permit processes. This in-office role includes a full benefits package and 401K.

Qualifications

• 5 years of professional project management experience.
• Hands-on experience in high end residential work.
• Knowledge of NYC building department processes.
• Ability to detail new construction and custom fabrications.
• Experience managing consultant work.
• Working understanding of standard AIA contracts.
• Experience managing multiple small/medium projects, coordinating all aspects to bring the schedule, budgets, and scope of work to completion.
• We cannot sponsor foreign applicants or overseas internships.
• Ability to work primarily in-office. This is not a remote position.

Experienced Architect/ Project Manager/ Designer

DBA is seeking an experienced and uniquely qualified intermediate architect/ project manager, designer, and teammate.

We're a collaborative studio recognized for our longtime focus on work with creative clientele in the art and design world. Current work includes detail intensive ground up residential construction, high end residential and commercial renovations, interiors, and luxury retail design.

Our candidate should have experience in shepherding work from schematic design through production, and on-site project management to completion. Organization, humor and good communication skills are important to us. The position is especially well suited for those interested in fine arts and design. It's also for those who appreciate craft and have an interest in developing materials and fine details.
