Job summary

You will mentor staff, ensure design intent, coordinate with consultants, and support construction-phase activities under Project leadership. Hybrid work environment with comprehensive benefits and a focus on sustainability and excellence.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience preferred.
• LEED credential required within 12 months of employment.
• Experience coordinating multi-discipline teams.
• Ability to mentor and lead project teams.

Responsibilities

• Ensure design intent is carried through detailed documentation.
• Coordinate with consultants and other disciplines.
• Lead and mentor less experienced staff.
• Prepare and issue technical drawings and BIM data.
• Coordinate with Project Manager and Project Architect during Construction Phase.
• Attend on-site reviews and project meetings.
