Job summary

Carpet-One-Floor- is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional/Full Interior Project Coordinator to drive outside sales and manage end-to-end interior remodeling projects. You will build strong client relationships, present high-end product solutions, and coordinate from initial consultation through final installation in a fast-paced design-focused environment.

The role emphasizes showroom and field collaboration, strong communication, and CRM-based account management to ensure client satisfaction

Qualifications

Proven outside sales experience with a track record of closing high-end interior or construction projects.
Strong understanding of interior design and remodeling processes.
Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to upsell services.
Experience maintaining CRM records and client communications.

Responsibilities

Engage in outside sales to identify new clients and expand market presence.
Conduct client consultations to understand design needs and budgets.
Prepare detailed layout designs including flooring and fixtures.
Present product demos and remodeling options to upsell services.
Negotiate terms, pricing, and timelines to close deals.
Coordinate full interior projects from sourcing to installation and quality control.
Maintain client relationships through exceptional service and follow-up.
Keep records of sales activities, project details, and inventory.
