Carpet-One-Floor- is seeking a dynamic Sales Professional/Full Interior Project Coordinator to drive outside sales and manage end-to-end interior remodeling projects. You will build strong client relationships, present high-end product solutions, and coordinate from initial consultation through final installation in a fast-paced design-focused environment.

The role emphasizes showroom and field collaboration, strong communication, and CRM-based account management to ensure client satisfaction

We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Sales Professional/Full Interior Project Coordinator to join our vibrant team. You will be the driving force behind building strong customer relationships, presenting high-end product solutions, and managing full-cycle interior projects from initial consultation to final installation. Duties

• Engage in outside sales efforts by identifying new clients, cultivating relationships, and expanding market presence through proactive outreach and networking.
• Conduct client consultations to understand their interior design needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
• Prepare detailed layout designs including flooring, cabinets, window coverings, and lighting design.
• Present product demos, including fixtures, lighting solutions, and remodeling options, highlighting features that meet client needs while upselling additional services or upgrades.
• Negotiate project terms, pricing, and timelines with clients to close deals effectively while maintaining profitability.
• Coordinate full interior projects by managing timelines, sourcing materials, overseeing installation processes, and ensuring quality standards are met during remodeling or renovation efforts.
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service, follow-up communication, and personalized account management using CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, project details, inventory levels, and POS transactions while ensuring proper cash handling procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with marketing and merchandising teams to promote new products and seasonal offerings that attract high-end clientele.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in outside sales with a strong track record of closing high-end interior or construction-related projects.
• Knowledge of renovation processes, construction practices, flooring, lighting design, and remodeling is highly desirable.
• Excellent negotiation skills combined with the ability to upsell additional services confidently.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse clientele.
• Background in retail sales or customer service within the interior design or construction industries is beneficial.
• Basic math skills for estimating costs and measuring layouts accurately; familiarity with retail math is advantageous.
• Technical proficiency in interior layout design and fixture sales enhances your effectiveness in this role.
• Experience working with CRM systems for account management and marketing initiatives is preferred.

Bonus Experience

• Experience with Tile layouts and fixtures.
• K&B Cabinet Design.
• Managing trades through a remodel.

Benefits & Compensation

• Base Salary DOE $40,000 -$50,000: Job starts as an hourly role and progresses through 90-Day probationary period, to convert to salary and commission options.
