Job summary

Ware Malcomb is seeking a Designer II to support project documents with AutoCAD and Revit, develop graphics, finish plans, and assist in space planning and coordination with consultants. You will work under the supervision of a licensed interior designer, collaborating with clients and team to deliver on time and within budget.

Applicants should have 3+ years in Architecture or Interior Design, a Bachelor’s degree in the field, and strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
• Ability to interpret Revit models and project documentation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present information with the design team.

Responsibilities

• Provide AutoCAD and Revit support for project documents.
• Produce graphics through 3D renderings and illustrations.
• Create finish plans, specifications, and material selections.
• Support submittals during construction administration.
• Assist in space planning concepts and program documents.
• Engage with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators.
• Collaborate with the team to meet design objectives on time and budget.
• Develop drawing and documentation sets that are clear and consistent.
• Coordinate with MEP systems where needed.
