Job summary

Ware Malcomb, a dynamic and forward-thinking design firm, seeks a Designer II in New York. You will support AutoCAD and Revit for project documents, produce graphics and 3D renderings, and help create finish plans and material selections.

You will interact with clients and consultants to meet project objectives and maintain quality design documentation. With a collaborative, team-based environment, you will contribute to space planning concepts and coordinate with contractors and vendors while

Qualifications

3+ years of experience in the field of Architecture or Interior Design.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
Ability to navigate and interpret Revit models and project documentation.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to present information with your design team.

Responsibilities

Responsible for AutoCAD and Revit support for the preparation of project documents.
Production of graphics through 3D renderings and illustrations.
Creation of finish plans, specifications, and material selections.
Assistance with space planning concepts and program documents.
Coordinate with consultants, furniture dealers, product reps, and fabricators.
Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and Ware Malcomb employees.
Develop design solutions that meet client needs on time and budget.
