Job summary

Ware Malcomb in Dallas, TX seeks a Designer II to support project teams through design development, drafting, and client-ready presentation materials.

You will use Revit, AutoCAD, and 3D renderings to develop finish plans, space planning concepts, and drawings while collaborating with design leads and consultants.

The role requires a 3+ year background in Architecture or Interior Design, a Bachelor’s degree, and strong communication within a team-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• 3+ years of experience in architecture or interior design.
• Ability to navigate and interpret Revit models and project documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to create complete presentation packages under supervision.
• Ability to work independently to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Provide AutoCAD and Revit support for project documents.
• Create 3D renderings and computer illustrations.
• Prepare finish plans, specifications, and material selections.
• Assist in space planning concepts and program documents.
• Collaborate with consultants, furniture dealers, and fabricators.
• Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, and team members.
• Develop design solutions that meet client needs on time and budget.
• Produce high-quality drawing and documentation sets with coordination of MEP.
