Job summary

Ware Malcomb is a dynamic design firm seeking a Designer II to support project documentation with AutoCAD and Revit, deliver high-quality 3D renderings, and assist in space planning and program development. You’ll work under supervision to meet project objectives and collaborate with clients and consultants.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in Architecture or Interior Design, a Bachelor’s degree, strong communication, and the ability to present design concepts clearly.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Ability to navigate Revit models and project documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present information with your design team.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Support AutoCAD and Revit for project documents.
• Produce graphics via 3D renderings and illustrations.
• Create finish plans, specs, and material selections.
• Assist in space planning concepts and program documents.
• Support the design lead in client and consultant meetings.
• Develop design concepts and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery.
• Prepare client presentations with graphics and mood boards.
• Coordinate with MEP and other systems as required.
