Job summary

Ware Malcomb is a dynamic, forward-thinking design firm with a long history since 1972, offering architecture, interior design, civil and MEP services worldwide. The Designer II role supports project documentation, graphics, and space planning under supervision of a licensed interior designer.

You will work on a variety of projects, using Revit, AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite, coordinating with consultants, clients and team members to deliver clear, complete documentation and compelling

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or Interior Design is required.
• 3+ years of experience in Architecture or Interior Design.
• Ability to navigate and interpret Revit models and project documentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to present information clearly and collaborate with team.

Responsibilities

• Provide AutoCAD and Revit support for project documents.
• Produce graphics, 3D renderings, and illustrations.
• Create finish plans, specifications, and material selections.
• Support construction administration with submittals.
• Assist space planning concepts and program documents.
• Collaborate with consultants, furniture dealers, and fabricators.
• Communicate with clients and project partners.
• Develop design solutions that meet client needs on time and budget.
• Create presentation graphics and mood boards.
• Participate in client presentations and develop design continuity.
