You will lead one-on-one consultations in-store or virtually, delivering timely, aspirational design solutions that align with the CB2 aesthetic and merchandising strategy. The role emphasizes strong communication, trend awareness, and a passion for design, with opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to sales

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture sales or home decor design or retail/customer service.
• Ability to translate client wishes into design concepts and moodboards.
• Strong communication to convey CB2 brand aesthetic and design options.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering an elevated customer experience in-store and virtually.
• Create CB2 designs using moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists, and style inspiration.
• Lead one-on-one design consultations in person or via email/phone/virtual design sessions.
• Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel (Store, Online, Catalog).
• Meet sales, KPI, and service goals while following the four steps of selling.
• Stay informed about marketplace trends and product innovations.
• Assist customers by communicating loyalty programs, rewards, credit, and gift registry.
