Job summary

Euromarket Designs Inc. is seeking a Retail Designer to help customers plan and design spaces, delivering CB2’s elevated experience.

You will create moodboards, 2D floor plans, and product lists, lead one-on-one consultations, and translate brand aesthetics into tailored recommendations across store, online, and catalog channels. You’ll drive sales through enriching customer interactions, stay current with trends, and build lasting client relationships while representing CB2 design standards in

Qualifications

• Experience delivering high-quality customer experiences in furniture or home decor sales.
• Ability to translate client needs into CB2 design concepts and moodboards.
• Proficiency with design tools to create floor plans, inspiration boards, and product lists.
• Strong communication to present ideas and collaborate with customers and store teams.
• Familiarity with store merchandising, brand aesthetics, and selling techniques.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering a differentiated customer experience in-store and virtually.
• Create CB2 design concepts, moodboards, 2D floor plans, and product lists for clients
• Lead One on One design consultations in person, by email, phone or virtual meetings
• Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel (Store, Online, Catalog)
• Meet sales and service KPIs and follow the four steps of selling as directed by the store manager
• Stay informed on market trends and industry updates to advise customers
• Listen actively to identify products that meet customer needs and communicate loyalty programs
• Provide gracious, quick, and efficient service in-store, virtually, or in customers’ homes whenever possible
• Collaborate with team to ensure projects are delivered on time and to standard
