Job summary

Euromarket Designs Inc. in Pasadena seeks a Designer to elevate the in-store and virtual customer experience, translating CB2 aesthetics into moodboards, floor plans and curated product lists.

You will lead one-on-one design consultations, stay current with design trends, and build lasting client relationships while meeting sales and service goals. 1+ years in furniture/home decor design or retail is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant experience in Furniture Sales/Home Decor Design or retail/customer service experience
• Experience working one-on-one with clients and recommending solutions
• Proficient in Google platforms; design tool experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and a differentiated experience by providing enriching customer interactions and elevated design offerings in-store and virtually
• Create elevated CB2 designs for customers using moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration
• Lead One on One Design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual design consults; deliver projects timely
• Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel - Store, Online, Catalog
• Deliver individual sales, KPI and service goals and engage customers on the sales floor
• Stay informed with marketplace and industry trends
• Actively listen to the customer to identify products meeting needs and communicate loyalty services
• Support excellent service with a positive attitude across in-store, virtual, and at-home settings
