Job summary

CB2 is seeking a Design Consultant to enhance customer experiences in-store and online. You will craft elevated CB2 designs for clients, build moodboards and floor plans, and guide customers through design choices with expertise.

In this role, you will lead one-on-one consultations, deliver projects on time, and stay informed about current design trends and the CB2 brand aesthetics across channels.

Qualifications

• Experience in furniture/home decor design or retail/customer service.
• Strong communication and ability to translate client needs.
• Proficient with design tools and moodboard creation.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by delivering enriched customer interactions and elevated design offerings in-store and virtually.
• Create CB2 designs using design tools to produce moodboards, floor plans, product lists and style inspiration.
• Lead one-on-one design consultations in person or via email, phone, or virtual calls.
• Deliver projects on time and align with store merchandising and brand aesthetics.
