Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience in a related field.
• Minimum four years of project management experience within Data Center Construction.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
• Knowledge of commercial construction processes and building codes.
• Ability to read plans and specifications and interpret contract language.

Responsibilities

• Assist in preparing project estimates and budgets, and develop PMP with the project team.
• Lead the project team to plan, schedule, and execute construction activities.
• Coordinate permits, subcontracts, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage procurement of materials and equipment within budget and schedule.
• Develop and monitor quality, safety, and risk management plans.
• Track cost, schedule, and scope performance; manage change orders and impacts.
• Prepare monthly client pay requests and oversee collections.
• Coordinate close-out activities, including as-built drawings and final documentation.
