Chatham University is seeking an IAResource Room Manager to maintain and organize materials used by the interior architecture program. The role acts like a librarian, guiding students and faculty in selecting building materials, finishes, equipment, and specification documents.
Responsibilities include reshelving, assisting students, cataloging donated items, updating vendor lists, and coordinating with faculty advisors. This is a student work-study position located on campus in Kentucky.
The IAResource Room Manager is essentially a librarian to maintain, organize and manage the physical materials used by the interior architecture program for the selection of interior and exterior building materials, furniture, finishes, and equipment, and for specification documents, trade journals and publications relevant to the profession.
All current student employees should notify their other manager(s) if you work multiple jobs on campus at the same time. Additionally, students may not work more than 20 hours per week (combined between all campus jobs) during the academic year. Students may not exceed 980 work hours per calendar year. Student jobs do not automatically roll over to the next academic year or summer.
