Job summary

Andrews & Cole, LLC is seeking an Interim Vice President of Finance to provide strategic financial leadership during a transition. This part-time, remote role (US or UK) requires guiding budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, and risk management while leading a four-person finance team.

Duration up to one year with potential extension. The ideal candidate will bring CPA/ACCA/CIMA or equivalent credentials, senior finance leadership experience, and a proven record in interim or consulting capacities.

Qualifications

• Must hold CPA/ACCA/ACMA/CIMA or equivalent accounting credentials.
• Experience in senior finance leadership roles (VP Finance, CFO, Finance Director).
• Experience in interim or consulting finance leadership roles.
• Strong FP&A, budgeting, reporting, compliance and risk management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership on budgeting, forecasting, cash flow and risk management.
• Serve as advisor to executive leadership and the Board on financial strategy.
• Lead and support a four-person finance team.
• Oversee financial reporting, audits, internal controls and cash management.
• Assess finance systems, processes and team structure for improvements.
• Support reporting to Board and Finance & Audit Committee.
