Andrews & Cole, LLC is seeking a Senior Director of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) to lead enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial planning across the organization. Reporting to the CFO, you will partner with executives and business units to drive visibility and informed decision-making.

This hybrid role requires 2-3 days in our DC area office and 25-30% travel. You will develop KPIs, manage cash flow considerations, M&A analysis, and ensure rigorous financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or related field required or equivalent experience.
• MBA, CPA or CFA required/preferred depending on role.
• Experience leading enterprise budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning across multiple units.

Responsabilités

• Lead enterprise FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management across the company.
• Partner with executive leadership and business units to develop operating plans and long-range financial plans.
• Develop financial models to support decision-making, scenario analysis, and resource allocation.
• Drive monthly/quarterly/annual forecasting and provide visibility into financial performance and trends.
• Support M&A analysis, due diligence, and integration planning as needed.
• Stay current on government contracting requirements and apply them to FP&A processes.
