Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategic program management or finance transformation.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives within global or multinational organizations.
• Strong knowledge of finance operations including accounting, tax, payroll, and reporting.
• Proven executive presence with strong communication and stakeholder influence.
• Expertise in governance, roadmaps, risk, dependency tracking, and change management.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end program management for strategic Finance initiatives, including planning, governance, risk management, and executive reporting
• Partner with Finance, Tax, Legal, HR, Operations, and Technology to align milestones and drive execution
• Develop and manage program roadmaps, governance, decision logs, issue tracking, and risk mitigation
• Coordinate cross-functional initiatives involving financial operations, compliance, systems, reporting, and process transformation
• Assess dependencies to identify risks and opportunities
• Prepare executive-level communications and status updates for senior leadership
• Establish stakeholder communication cadences and align globally distributed teams
• Lead change-management efforts for new processes, controls, systems, and operating models
• Drive program execution amid multiple priorities and evolving business requirements
