Job summary

Daley And Associates, LLC is recruiting an Interim Talent Acquisition Specialist for a consumer goods company in Boston, MA 02134. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience and be on-site 3 days per week.

You'll facilitate the full recruiting lifecycle, coordinate interviews and information sessions, plan onboarding, post roles, screen resumes, gather feedback, and extend offers. Experience with Workday is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Experience with Workday is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate the full-cycle recruiting process.
• Facilitate recruiting, interviews, and information sessions.
• Plan and organize the onboarding process.
• Ensure positions are posted to appropriate job boards, databases, colleges, etc.
• Screen candidates' resumes and job applications.
• Collect feedback and hold debrief meetings after the interviews have concluded.
• Extend employment offers to successful candidates.
• Ensure new hire paperwork is completed on time for necessary processing.
• Ensure all background, references, and clearances have been completed.
