Responsibilities

• Wows customers through personal contact and service.
• Trains crew on the BEST customer service experience.
• Oversees daily store activities and staff performance.
• Assists with receiving and stocking to ensure fast floor replenishment.
• Acts as Manager on Duty and oversees operations and security.
• Opens/closes the store and handles cash and alarms as needed.
• Supports onboarding and ongoing associate training.
• Drives sales and controls expenses via merchandising and service.
• Partners with leadership on merchandising and recovery.
• Performs store maintenance and cleanliness tasks.
