Job summary

Five Below is seeking an Interim Support Lead to join our store leadership team in a fast-paced retail environment. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will help drive a WOW customer experience, supervise crew, and support merchandise and cash operations during peak times.

The role emphasizes leadership development, cross-functional collaboration, and on-duty management coverage to ensure smooth store performance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of management experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task and stay composed under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Wow customers with friendly service and personal contact.
• Train crew on the BEST customer service experience for fast checkouts.
• Oversee daily store activities and assist with staff management.
• Assist with receiving, unpacking, and stocking for fast restocking.
• Act as Manager on Duty during assigned shifts and cover absences.
• Lead opening/closing procedures, including cash handling and security.
