Job summary

Seacoast Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center is currently seeking an Interim Nurse Unit Manager on our Short-Term Unit. Our compassionate and experienced staff will help you reach your maximum potential in this role.

As Nurse Unit Manager you will mentor RN/LPN staff, ensure regulatory compliance, maintain high-quality nursing care, implement infection control updates and contribute to QAPI initiatives.

Qualifications

Massachusetts nursing license is required.
RN licensure preferred but not required.
Experience with electronic medical records.
PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Solid leadership abilities.
Weekend on call is required, compensation provided.

Responsibilities

Ensure compliance with regulatory standards
Mentor and lead RN/LPN staff nurses in care practices
Ensure continual delivery of high-quality nursing care
Implement infection control updates
Contribute to QAPI analysis and initiatives

Skills

Massachusetts Nursing License
