Winchester Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced Unit Manager to lead the Short-Term Rehabilitation unit on-site in Massachusetts. You will supervise nursing staff, coordinate interdisciplinary services, and drive quality in resident care.

Qualifications include an active Massachusetts RN license and prior leadership in a long-term care setting. The role emphasizes regulatory compliance, care planning, and staff development to ensure exceptional resident outcomes.

Competenze

• Current, active, and unrestricted Massachusetts RN license.
• Leadership or supervisory experience in LTC/SNF.
• Experience with regulatory compliance in long-term care.
• Excellent communication and team leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Oversee daily operations of the Short-Term Rehabilitation unit.
