Job summary

Seacoast Rehabilitation & Skilled Nursing Center is seeking a Nurse Unit Manager for our Long-Term Memory Care Unit. The role offers opportunities to mentor RN/LPN staff, ensure high-quality nursing care, and lead infection control updates in a supportive, patient-centered setting.

Candidates should hold a current Massachusetts nursing license (RN preferred) and have EMR experience; PCC experience is a plus. Weekend on-call is required, with compensation provided.

Qualifications

Massachusetts nursing license currently active.
RN licensure preferred but not required.
Experience with electronic medical records.
PointClickCare (PCC) preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong leadership abilities.
Weekend on-call is required, compensation provided.

Responsibilities
