Responsibilities

• Service newly closed mortgage loans from funding through transfer to investor or servicer.
• Monitor interim servicing pipeline and ensure timely transfers.
• Maintain accurate loan and borrower information in the servicing system.
• Review loan data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies prior to transfer.
• Coordinate with internal departments to prevent delays in servicing transfer.
• Accept and apply borrower payments during the interim period including escrow.
• Research and resolve payment discrepancies and escrow issues.
• Coordinate servicing transfer notifications and borrower communications.
• Reconcile balances and servicing activity at transfer time.
