Playwrights Horizons in New York is seeking a temporary administrative support role for the 2026-27 academic year. This role will execute key projects related to student management and serve as the first point of contact for communications among students, faculty, and staff.

The Playwrights Horizons Theater School (PHTS) has provided thousands of students with intensive theater training through a four-year program that emphasizes professional development and interdisciplinary theater making. The curriculum includes courses in acting, directing, playwriting, design, movement, and voice and speech for nearly 200 students each year.

Director, Playwrights Horizons Theater School
PHTS is seeking temporary administrative support in preparation for the 2026-27 academic year. Alongside the Director, this role will execute key projects regarding enrollment, faculty, and student management. They will also serve as the first point of contact for communications between students, faculty, staff, and the NYU Department of Drama through the summer.
$27 per hour for 30 hours per week
