Job summary

Gofractional is seeking an experienced Interim HR Manager to provide full‑cycle HR leadership during a maternity leave coverage period. You will act as the sole HR lead for ~115 employees, handling recruitment, onboarding, payroll oversight, benefits, compliance, and performance management from a Roswell, GA base.

The role requires independent operation, strong collaboration with leadership including EVP, Finance, and a willingness to commute to the Roswell office at least three times weekly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or related field required; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of progressive HR experience in small to mid-size companies.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as go-to HR partner for managers and employees on people matters.
• Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Oversee recruitment and onboarding to support growth.
• Administer benefits programs and coordinate open enrollment.
• Lead payroll administration with the payroll vendor.
• Coordinate performance management and employee relations,
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws.
