Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience in fast-paced tech companies.
• Hands-on HRBP with strong employee relations and performance management skills.
• Experience navigating organizational change and restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leaders on employee relations, performance management and broader people matters.
• Independently manage complex employee relations cases from assessment through resolution.
• Support restructuring and change initiatives with leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide hands-on HR support during performance, compensation and planning cycles.
• Develop clear frameworks and guidance to empower leaders on people matters.
• Balance strategic partnering with operational HR work to keep priorities moving.
• Identify people risks and propose scalable solutions.
• Build credibility quickly as a trusted partner to leaders across the organization.
