Job summary

4xi360 is seeking an Interim Hospitality Lead to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple venues within a Class A property in San Francisco. You will lead on-site teams, maintain service quality, and drive financial performance.

You will manage coffee shops, restaurants, cocktail bars, and event spaces, partnering with ownership, vendors, and staff to deliver exceptional guest experiences while upholding brand standards and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years in hospitality management, with a focus on food & beverage operations.
• Proven track record managing operations in a Class A property or similar high-end venue.
• Experience overseeing multi-faceted venues including coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, train, and mentor hospitality teams to deliver outstanding guest experiences.
• Oversee daily operations for all food and beverage outlets, ensuring smooth execution and brand standards.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and full P&L responsibility.
• Analyze operational results and implement strategies to improve efficiency, guest satisfaction, and revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food & beverage regulations.
• Partner with ownership, vendors, and suppliers to maintain quality and supply chain consistency.
• Oversee event planning and execution for small gatherings and large-scale events, including catering.
• Maintain strong communication across teams, ownership, and stakeholders.
• Stay informed on hospitality trends in the San Francisco market to keep offerings competitive.
• Provide on-site leadership and support, including flexible scheduling to meet operational needs.
• Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
