Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Three (3) years of experience in a healthcare related field.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to develop courses, coordinate curriculum, assemble course materials and provide health care industry related courses.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordination of Continuing Education Health Care courses, including schedules and Programs of Study for high school and college levels.
• Promote Continuing Education health care training programs and grant opportunities to prospective students via presentations and events.
• Recruit, monitor, and evaluate instructors; conduct meetings and professional development trainings as needed.
• Collaborate with College personnel on marketing materials.
• Coordinate with community organizations to align services and programs.
• Support special projects and activities as delegated by College staff.
• Promote health care and career training programs via media and community outreach.
• Evaluate course and program effectiveness and track participant data for reporting.
• Attend trainings, staff and departmental meetings.
