Job summary

ESA Management, LLC oversees property operations across assigned Extended Stay hotels to ensure profitability, guest satisfaction, and adherence to company standards. This role provides leadership in the absence of the GM and coordinates staff to maintain service levels.

The position supports regional initiatives, training, and auditing, while driving sales and operating metrics. Extensive travel and cross-property collaboration are core aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of property level, General Manager, Hotel Manager, or AGM experience.
• Strong to expert working knowledge of ESA systems, policies, and procedures.
• Strong analytical and understanding of financial reporting procedures.
• Must be in good standing and have strong performance reviews as a current General Manager or Assist Manager.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for a specific hotel in the absence of the General Manager or District Manager.
• Work with regional leadership to identify opportunities requiring coaching and mentoring.
• Demonstrate commitment to guest and employee satisfaction.
• Coach and support property management on the customer-centric service culture of ESA.
• Provide direction to maximize revenues and EBITDA.
• Train and guide operations systems including Medallia, payroll (ADP), Verian and ESU.
• Monitor guest balances, direct bill receivables, and reconcile accounts.
• Manage labor standards and property expenses to maximize profitability.
• Coordinate with Sales, Revenue Management, and Operations for property initiatives.
• Motivate, recruit and train employees to standards.
• Oversee staff records and payroll.
• Perform duties across hotel operations as needed.
• Resolve guest-related issues in line with company goals.
• Conduct internal audits and property reviews.
