Job summary

Caliber Collision’s Newport News service center is seeking a Collision General Manager to oversee the center’s operations, risk management, and staff development. You will drive client metrics, production, and administration while ensuring repairs meet Caliber’s SOPs and industry standards.

Responsibilities include recruiting and retaining top teammates, monitoring monthly financials, and identifying opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Collision Management Experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Oversee center operations, including risk management, teammate development, client metrics, production and administration.
• Recruit, recognize, and retain talented teammates; monitor financial performance and identify opportunities and trends.
• Ensure repair work is thorough, safe and profitable per SOPs and industry guidelines.
