Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Leadership or supervisory experience; advanced Excel and ERP skills.

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a well-established growth oriented Indianapolis-area firm seeking an Interim Financial Reporting Manager to provide immediate support during a key transition period. This role will focus on financial reporting, audit support, compliance, and team leadership while helping maintain business continuity for quarter end. The role will start out as a contract through LHH, but could easily go permanent with the client if both parties agree.
