LHH Recruitment Solutions (pka Parker+Lynch) is partnering with a firm seeking a Lead Financial Analyst. The role focuses on financial analysis, GL accounting, and a liaison between the Manager and Staff/Seniors.

You'll own KPI reporting, variance analysis, budgeting support, consolidations, and month-end close while partnering across functions. A Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance plus 5+ years' experience is required; CPA is preferred but not mandatory.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 5+ years of progressive accounting and financial reporting experience.
• Foundation in large public accounting/audit preferred.
• Strong background in consolidations, financial reporting, and general ledger accounting.
• Experience supporting month-end and year-end close activities.
• Experience working with ERP systems and financial reporting tools.
