Job summary

Go Fractional is recruiting for an Enterprise Systems Practitioner to lead diligence and value-creation engagements for private equity clients. You will assess ERP, CRM, PSA, and WMS environments, map processes, and translate findings into actionable recommendations for investors and management teams.

Successful candidates will have extensive experience in enterprise systems, IT operations, and delivering interim or fractional leadership across buy-side and sell-side engagements.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise systems, IT operations, or related leadership roles.
• Experience leading sell-side/buy-side technology diligence for PE or M&A clients.
• Strong knowledge across ERP, PSA, CRM, WMS, and infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Lead sell-side technology diligence with evidence review and interviews.
• Lead buy-side diligence assessing systems estate, contracts, spend, and scalability.
• Evaluate ERP, WMS, and related business processes and data quality.
• Assess front- and mid-office systems including CRM and project/quote to cash.
• Identify end-to-end process gaps, controls, and data issues.
• Develop post-close systems roadmaps and vendor governance guidance.
