Qualifications

• Proven track record in leading sell-side and buy-side technology assessments for private equity or corporate M&A.
• Leadership-level expertise in ERP, warehouse systems, PSA, CRM, and managed services.

For our client, we are seeking a Enterprise Systems Consultant to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space.

This role will lead technology diligence and systems assessments that inform investment decisions, operational improvements, and value creation in client engagements. The consultant will evaluate enterprise applications, infrastructure, data environments, and managed services arrangements, translating technical findings into clear recommendations for stakeholders. Success in this position requires strong judgment, cross-functional communication, and the ability to connect system-level insights to broader business-process outcomes.

The work is highly consultative and fast-paced, with exposure to both sell-side and buy-side situations across a range of enterprise environments.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Compensation: $150,000 – $180,000 annually

Responsibilities
