Job summary

Crosslake Technologies LLC seeks an Enterprise Systems Practitioner to lead diligence and value-creation engagements across ERP, CRM/PSA, WMS, and IT infrastructure. You will evaluate systems, data, controls, and processes to support investment theses and create practical roadmaps for clients.

The role requires deep experience in sell-side and buy-side technology assessments for private-equity and portfolio companies, with strong leadership and communication skills for senior stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of enterprise systems, IT operations, or related experience.
• Experience leading sell-side/buy-side technology assessments for PE, corporate M&A, or portfolio clients.
• Leadership across ERP, CRM/PSA, and traditional infrastructure and managed services.
• Hands-on experience delivering end-to-end business-process improvements.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable roadmaps and investor-ready conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Lead sell-side technology diligence with evidence review and buyer-readiness support.
• Lead buy-side diligence assessing systems estate, vendors, contracts, and spend.
• Evaluate ERP, CRM, PSA, and related processes and data quality.
• Assess end-to-end processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, record-to-report, etc.
• Size one-time and recurring investments and translate findings into roadmaps.
• Work with cybersecurity, data, and AI experts when needed.
• Contribute to Crosslake methods, benchmarks, and service development.
