Job summary

Crosslake Technologies is seeking an Enterprise Systems Practitioner to lead diligence and value-creation engagements for private equity clients. You will assess enterprise systems, data, controls, and processes across ERP, CRM, PSA, and warehouse environments, delivering clear conclusions for investors and management teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise systems or related fields.
• Leads multiple diligence engagements for PE or portfolio clients.
• Leadership across ERP, warehouse systems, PSA, CRM, and infrastructure.
• Delivery experience in two of ERP/PSA/CRM or IT operations.
• Ability to translate findings into actionable roadmaps and investor-ready conclusions.

Responsibilities

• Lead sell-side technology diligence, including evidence review and interviews.
• Lead buy-side diligence and assess systems estate, contracts, and governance.
• Evaluate ERP, warehouse and WMS environments and related processes.
• Evaluate front- and mid-office systems like CRM and PSA and related processes.
• Assess end-to-end business processes: order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, etc.
• Assess data centres, networks, and hybrid infrastructure.
• Lead provider selection or remediation for MSP/MSSP if requested.
• Translate technical findings into concise conclusions for investors.
