Job summary

Crosslake Technologies is seeking a senior practitioner to lead diligence and value-creation engagements focused on enterprise systems and IT operations for private equity clients. The role is remote and collaborates with deal teams to move at deal speed.

You will lead sell-side and buy-side technology diligence, assess ERP, CRM, and PSA systems, and develop roadmaps for post-close transformation across IT operations and infrastructure.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in enterprise systems, IT operations, or transaction advisory roles.
• Experience leading multiple technology assessments for private-equity, corporate M&A, or portfolio-company clients.
• Strong analytical and communication skills to present concise, evidence-based conclusions to senior non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead tech diligence and value-creation engagements for enterprise systems and IT operations.
• Lead sell-side and buy-side technology diligence including evidence review and management interviews.
• Evaluate ERP, CRM, PSA, and related systems, assess data quality, integrations, and lifecycle risk.
• Develop actionable roadmaps for post-close transformation and IT operating procedures.
