HCT Healthcare Transformation seeks an experienced Labor & Delivery Educator for a 300+ bed hospital in California. The interim role focuses on educating nursing staff in obstetric care and postpartum practices to support high-quality patient outcomes.

The candidate must hold a BSN, California RN license in good standing, and have at least 2 years of L&D and postpartum clinical educator experience, with certifications such as RNC-OB, RNC-MNN, or C-EFM. Housing and travel expenses are provided.
