Job summary

HCT Healthcare Transformation seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Clinical Educator at a 70+ bed hospital in Arizona. You will lead staff onboarding, competency management, and department-specific training while overseeing evidence-based practice implementation and life safety compliance.

Qualified candidates have a BSN, 3+ years in acute care nursing, and 1+ year in clinical education; RN licensure in any state, BLS/ACLS/PALS instructor certifications, and

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
• 3 years of acute care nursing practice (ICU/PCU/ER/PACU).
• Minimum 1 year in clinical education and staff development in past 2 years.
• RN license in any state.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor certification from AAA; ANCC NPD preferred.
• EMR experience and MS Office proficiency.

Job description

HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the Interim Clinical Educator at 70+ bed hospital in AZ.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Staff onboarding & orientation
• Competency management
• Department specific educational training
• AHA life safety compliance management
• Implementation of evidence-based practice (EBP) & research
• Other educational support duties and requests

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSN) from an accredited school of nursing
• Experience: 3 years of acute care nursing practice such as ICU, PCU, ER, or PACU/post-op recovery; Minimum 1 year experience in clinical education and staff professional development within the past 2 years
• License: RN License any state
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, and PALS instructor certification from America Heart Association, ANCC NPD preferred
• Computer Skills: EMR experience and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.)
