Supreme Dumplings is seeking an Interim District Manager to lead multi-unit restaurant operations across the Seattle metro area. You will train, coach and develop General Managers and store teams to deliver exceptional food quality and guest experiences.

This role requires travel across the Seattle area (Tacoma, Lynnwood) with a flexible schedule; benefits include paid time off, staff meals, and a performance-based bonus.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of restaurant management experience with multi-unit leadership.
• Ability to train and develop General Managers.
• Willingness to travel across the Seattle Metroplex.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants with brand standards.
• Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams.
• Drive district-level financial performance including budgeting and cost controls.
• Lead new store openings and stabilize underperforming locations.
• Collaborate on local marketing and community engagement.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, food safety, and safety standards.
