Job summary

Dough Zone USA in Washington state is seeking an experienced Restaurant General Manager to lead operations across WA locations (Seattle, Bellevue, Lynwood, Tacoma). This hands-on role focuses on guest-centric service, team development, and driving profitability in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

You will manage FOH and BOH, oversee staffing, training, budgeting, and compliance, with a strong emphasis on food quality and guest experience.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a high-volume, full-service restaurant.
• Fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong financial acumen with budgeting and cost control experience.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH to drive sales and profitability.
• Manage scheduling, training, and onboarding; coach and develop your team.
• Uphold food quality and guest satisfaction; address feedback and ensure exceptional dining experiences.
• Enforce health, safety, and sanitation standards; conduct regular inspections and training.
• Support district leadership with budgeting, inventory management, and cost-saving initiatives.
