Kizuki Ramen’s philosophy is to serve the most traditional, authentic and delicious Japanese ramen that you can possibly have without actually flying to Japan.

This role is designed for a high-performing multi-unit leader who will complete an immersive 6–8 week training program at our South Lake Union location, followed by temporary and interim assignments supporting new restaurant openings and existing districts across the Seattle Metroplex.

You will serve as a mentor, operator, and brand ambassador—driving operational excellence, developing General Managers, and ensuring consistency across all assigned locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Multi-Unit Operational Leadership:
  • Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring brand standards, operational consistency, and exceptional guest experiences.
  • Coach, mentor, and develop General Managers and leadership teams; support succession planning and talent growth.
  • Drive district-level performance through budgeting, forecasting, cost controls, and profitability initiatives.
  • New Store Openings & Turnaround Support:
  • Lead and support new restaurant openings, stabilize underperforming locations, and implement best practices across the district.

  • Partner with leadership teams to execute local marketing initiatives and strengthen community presence.
  • Compliance & Safety:
  • Ensure all locations comply with company policies, labor laws, food safety standards, and health regulations.
