Kizuki International LLC is seeking an Interim District Manager to lead and develop General Managers across a multi-restaurant district in the Seattle area. You will guide operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and drive profitability through strong financial and people leadership.

The role requires travel within the Seattle Metroplex, including surrounding areas, and offers a salary range of $95,000 to $115,000 annually with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of restaurant management experience with multi-unit leadership.
• Proven ability to develop and lead General Managers.
• Strong financial and operational acumen.
• Flexibility to travel throughout the Seattle Metroplex.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across multiple restaurants, ensuring brand standards and guest experiences.
• Coach and develop General Managers and leadership teams; support succession planning.
• Drive district-level performance through budgeting, forecasting and cost controls.
• Lead and support new openings and stabilize underperforming locations.
