Job summary

FirstCash is seeking an experienced District Manager to lead a team of Store Managers across the Seattle area. You will coach leaders, implement company initiatives, and drive district profitability while maintaining strong store performance and customer service standards.

The role emphasizes travel between locations, a flexible retail schedule, and earnings potential including a bonus linked to district results.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience, preferably in a multi-unit environment.
• Excellent interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong computer skills including Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook and Excel.
• Ability to work in multiple locations and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise six to eight Store Managers and coach them to drive performance.
• Develop and maintain relationships with Regional Manager and Corporate staff.
• Lead leadership development and succession within the district.
• Ensure execution of new company initiatives and policies across stores.
• Review district/store performance and drive profitability through service excellence.
